STEP 1: FAT FOLD MEASUREMENT
The practitioner measures your fat fold, which is the area you wish to treat. This measurement is done with a tape measure. Should your skin fold be over greater or equal to 2 cm, you may receive a cryolipolysis treatment.
STEP 2: APPLICATION OF A PRE-SOAKED WIPE
The practitioner applies a wipe soaked in cryoprotection gel over the entire area to be treated. Your skin is then protected from the cold for the duration of the session.
STEP 3: APPLICATOR INSTALLATION AND START OF SESSION
The applicator is positioned by the doctor: the vacuum action pulls the fat deposits inside the applicator and the cooling action starts. The cooling period lasts about 60 minutes, while you get the opportunity to relax and rest.
You may feel some traction and pinching on your skin at the beginning of the session when the applicator is put in place. Within 5 minutes your skin will be numbed by the cold and you will not feel any discomfort.
STEP 4: END OF SESSION
50 to 60 minutes later the machine stops. The practitioner removes the applicator and massages the treated area. The massage contributes to the stimulation and reactivation of the numbed area and the breaking of frozen fat cells.
STEP 5: RESULTS APPEAR
Destroyed fat cells will naturally be removed in 8 weeks thanks to lymphatic drainage of your body. Two months after a session your doctor will take measurements and photos to evaluate the results achieved.
A second session is sometimes necessary to achieve the expected result according to the size of the fat roll.

It is important to stay hydrated (drink a minimum of 1.5 litre a day) to help the fat cell elimination
Exercise daily to stay healthy, tone and shape your body (walk 30 minutes a day).
